405 Oak Street Center, Inc., or "Oak Street" is a non-profit 501(c) corporation, originally incorporated February, 1945 as Cincinnati Fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous. We've kept our doors open and have been a safe haven to all who have a desire to stop drinking for over 60 years. Oak Street is a wonderful place to go to some of the many A.A. meetings in the Cincinnati area, plus, it's a great place to just hang out, share in the fellowship, meet with friends, and share your experience, strength and hope with others. "The purpose of this Corporation shall be to encourage sobriety, to
acquire by purchase, lease, mortgage, or otherwise, a suitable Center for
furthering the objectives of promoting sobriety, and, in general, to
carry out the ideals and objectives of Alcoholics Anonymous."* Oak Street houses seven A.A. meetings every day, plus several extra meetings and groups on the weekends. Check out the full 405 Oak Street Meeting Schedule. Oak Street also holds Special Events from time to time. Check back here often to see what's going on! In addition to A.A. meetings, we have a Commissary/Snack Bar - with snacks, soft drinks, and of course coffee for sale. You can also purchase Big Books and other A.A. books and literature. Our hours are:Monday through Saturday 9:30 am to 10:00 pmSunday 11:00 am to 9:30 pm |
